Music producer, Sound engineer, Music publisher and mixing engineer
A sound engineer and mixing engineer can also be a Producer.
Music Producer - A music producer is the Project manager for the recording, mixing and mastering process. There are different types of producers who are good at certain things. Every producer falls under one category or more. A producer can also hire sound and mixing engineers and supervise them. A couple of famous music producers are Dr.Dre and Avicii (rip).

The Sound Engineer - Works with mixing desks in the studio. Using compression settings, reverb, drum sounds. They essentially work on a song and tweak and perfect it until its good enough to release. They work with the input and output channels. They mix, reproduce and manipulate the equalization and electronic effects of sound. They work with controlling microphones, sound levels and outputs. A couple of famous sound engineers are Logic and Jim Scott;

Mixing Engineer - They get a recording and add post - production techniques to improve it. A couple of famous Mixing engineers are Greg Wells and Dave Atkins; (Greg Wells bottom left and Dave Atkins bottom right)
